Hi Everyone,

Nice to associate with everyone here in this forum.

My name is Ashley Parker. I am a food lover so I have a great challenge that is can't resist food temptation. I find it is hard to lose weight alone. Will be better to have a partner so that can motivate one another. Most important is to enjoy the journey of weight loss. I got a huge bum and big thighs, so if you have any great tips on how to slim these stubborn areas, please share with me.

Hello I also am a newbie I weigh about 160lbs.I am 5`4 trying to keep my weight from going out of control iam also diabetic and live in a small community. Need help and friends.
 
Hey there! I'm new here as well. I totally hear you on the partner aspect of weight loss. I too find that critical in success. Right now I'm 200, 5'8 hoping to get down to 155.

Looking forward to hearing about your success. Hopefully this site can keep us motivated :)

Unfortunately, there is no way for you to target those areas. Weight goes on and comes off your body in a genetic order that is different for people. We can't spot reduce, so the only solution is continue to lose weight.
