Hi my name is Ashley and I am from Ohio.I have been looking for a forum like this for awhile to connect with others that are losing weight.I gained alot of weight when I got pregnant with my daughter and have started again(past few months seriously) on creating a healthier lifestyle which isnt easy lol.Looking forward to chatting!
 
Hello and welcome. I just joined this forum today and so far have found lots of inspiration/motivation. When I got pregnant and then became a stay at home mom, I gained a lot of weight. Only seriously in the couple weeks have I decided to change that. Good luck on your journey!! :)

Thanks everyone for the welcome!Even though I am just getting started(2 weeks and counting lol)I am starting to feel alot better.I had lost alot of weight before I got pregnant with my daughter and well just sort of lost my motivation after she was born to start at it again.Im hoping to make this a permanant change!
 
hey there. I just joined here about a week ago. It helps a lot and i would know because I sometimes need that extra push to get to the gym. So welcome and I hope you find the support you're looking for.
