Hi - newbie from London

Hi everyone!

Just found this forum and excited to start browsing and learning new things and sharing stories.

A bit abt me. Im 5ft1 and a month and a half ago I weighed 60kg ate junk and didn't exercise. My weight had crept up over the last few years

I joined the gym and got a personal trainer who does weights with me and told me to also do cardio on other days. He has also helped me with diet & nutrition. So far I've lost 4.5kg and started to tone up.

I started well but feel like I'm starting to flag - not doing as much cardio as when I started and starting to eat a few naughty things. I'm hoping this forum will help me pick up my game and become focused and motivated again.

Hey there and welcome

You're off to a good start! There is alot of motivation to be found here. The before and after photos are pretty cool.
