Hi all - I'm new to the forum and need to lose about 20lbs. However in the past and really right up to now I am eating very little calories and exercise every day! According to fitday - my total calories for the day is 1100. I am 50 years old and have type 2 diabetes. I am also on antidepressant - clelexa - 20mgs a day. I need to desperately lose weight for my diabetes but nothing is working. I eat 3 tablespoons of virgin coconut oil a day to help speed up my metabolism and I supplement with thermogenics to help with fatigue so I can exercise. I would welcome any help I can get. thanks
