Hi, new to all this diet stuff

HI there, not really sure wot to say here. im a 24yr old guy 6 1" and 18st. Really want to lose alot of weight. Its been annoying me for a long time and i try to diet it last a week, i dont see any difference so i give up too easy. Now ive had enough, joined the gym and my diet starts tomorrow. just dont know wot to try. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.
 
Read the stickies in the exercise and nutrition section. All the information that you need is here.

Get a free account from and log everything you eat and all your exercise - monitor thus whether you deserve a loss and whether your food is healthy. You need to be getting enough protein etc.

Dont set your calories too low.

Make friends by starting a diary, visiting diaries, joining challenges and clubs. Your friends will really help you through the times when you want to give up.
