hi everyone i am new here today and just wanted to tell you about myself. i am a mom of 3 the youngest is 9 months so i'm still trying to loose the baby weight and break bad habits. i have a real problem with portion control and i am addicted to sugar. i have tried low carb every day. i just can't get myself to stick to it. i decided that i am not going to DO ANY PARTICULAR DIET, instead i am going to eat exactly what i feed my family. i will have to stop abusing myself with food and control my portions. i know that i can do this if i put my mind to it. i quit smoking 5 years ago ( thats when i became addicted to sugar) so i know i can do this! i will read often and post some.
