Hey to all, I look forward to hearing from everyone for support in the coming weeks! I really want to loose another 30 lbs or so.

THANKS!! Im not going to really hit it hard and start till get back from my week long trip to mexico, i have set some goals while im there. I want to workout 5 days at least 20 min a day, which is minimal, I think. as far as eating and drinking....we are staying at all inclusive so we will see......

Remember, if you just wanted to diet then it wouldn't matter if you held off until after your trip to get 'started'.

However, with a "lifestyle change" there's no better time like the present to get started.

Simply because no matter what, you need to learn how to make better choices throughout your life - including trips and holidays.

Enjoy yourself while in Mexico - but know that all that fun isn't necessarily caloric ;)

Ahh so true. I am living a lifestyle right now which is helping me to maintain and loose very slowly. I don't ever eat junk, well Christmas I did. I could not agree more with you, I know that my lifestyle has not been correct and that is why i am stuck where I am at. Im hoping that the workouts will really help me to not over indulge. GREAT WISDOM.....Thanks!!
