(sorry for my bad english)

Welcome.

My first advice to you is to breathe. :) You don't need Hydroxycut, you don't need an ab machine ... all of that stuff is just extraneous and confusing. Just take a step back to the basics.

Diet
Weights
Cardio

Your diet is most important. You need to be eating a reasonable amount of food - which for you I'd say would be around 2300 calories a day. You need to make sure that you're getting a reasonable balance of complex carbs (whole grains, oats, etc.), lean protein, veggies and fruits, and healthy fats.

Weights - right now all you're doing is bicep exercises. What about the rest of your body? Instead of focusing on the one muscle, step back and do some really simple full body exercises. Think in terms of squats, deadlifts, bench press. Supplement those with bodyweight exercises like pushups and dips, chinups and pullups. Give yourself a FULL DAY of rest between weight lifting sessions. Your body needs recovery time and doing the same weight lifting exercises every day w/out recovery time is counter productive.

Cardio - the elliptical machine is fine. 30 mins a day is good ... try to mix up the routines you do, rather than doing the same thing every time. But other than that, you're good here.

Oh, and the last thing is drink lots of water. Water is your friend!

Hope that gives you something to start with. :)
