Hi, new here not to weight loss

Hi all, just saying a quick hi and hope you're all doing well with your battles!:)

I was a regular poster on another board for the past 6months and I found it really did help me with the motivation, but that site seems to have gone down so needed to find another site, and this one seems like my sort of site!:D
I've lost 50lbs so far and want to reach goal by May/June, well as long as it's this year I'll be thankfull! I'm not following any set plan but I base it on low fat where possible and try to keep my calories to a minimum (1300 ish) and have treats now and then - i dont dent myself anything. I also exercise a bit each day and that's basicly it!

lol is major in my book too, i did the happy dance when i got there!

Just learning about this site and bit confused at what some of the icons are about? Are they important (digg this post etc?)?

Hi Rowan!

I was just reading your post and I realize that we have the same goal. 153lbs :)

How tall are you?...I'm 5' 6.75" (according to my doctor).... I am aiming for 153 and 24% bodyfat and I'm currently 188 and 39% bodyfat.
 
Hi I'm 5ft 7" so not much difference ;)
My first goal is 153 but i might want to go down to 140, i'm kind of undecided although right now 160 sounds good! :)
