Hi all, just saying a quick hi and hope you're all doing well with your battles!
I was a regular poster on another board for the past 6months and I found it really did help me with the motivation, but that site seems to have gone down so needed to find another site, and this one seems like my sort of site!
I've lost 50lbs so far and want to reach goal by May/June, well as long as it's this year I'll be thankfull! I'm not following any set plan but I base it on low fat where possible and try to keep my calories to a minimum (1300 ish) and have treats now and then - i dont dent myself anything. I also exercise a bit each day and that's basicly it!
