Hi, new guy here!

:newbie:Hello my name is Tom, I'm 18 and from Florida. I've recently started working out to get into better shape since losing 200 lb's. I'm very interested in getting to be a regular in the community. any advice or excersises that can tighten up my loose skin and bulk up my muscle would be greatly appreciated.:D

Im Tom, similar age (19) So whats your main goal? Your wanting to gain some muscle mass, whilst tightening the loose skin you have?

BTW Congratulations on the weight loss man!

Well, in simple terms to gain mass you must...

EAT, LIFT HEAVY, and get PLENTY OF REST :)

Also would you be joining a gym?
 
Thanks for the welcome. My main goal is to tighten the loose skin and make my muscles bigger/more defined and rock hard(like you said). I don't have a gym membership currently, but could you go into some better detail on the eating and rest?
