Hello everyone, my name is Justin and I am 23 years old. I have been overweight most of my life however in the recent year I have really started to take notice. It all started when I noticed my blood pressure was high all the time. So i had to go to the doctor and he gave me a perscription for a small dosage of Lotrel. Blood Pressure runs rampet in my family history so that really alarmed me. Not too long after that my blood sugar would spike high from time to time and the doctor has told me I must lose weight. My father is a type 1(Juvinile) Diabetic and I definitly dont want to have to start taking insulin shots as he has for the past 31 years. I have began a carbohydrate controlled diet and began excersicing 4-5 times a week. My body is built really well so I dont look obese even though i am about 60-70 overweight as I am 6'3 in height and a large frame. I am here to get support, tips, and enjoy the discussion of this "wonderful" thing we call weight loss or as I refer to it: A Change in Life. I look forward to seeing each of you on the boards. Thanks
Justin
