Hey all,
My name is Andy and im 19 years old. I live in Michigan and im 5'8 and about 230 pounds. Ive always been a bigger guy, but I managed to stay about the same weight all through high school. I played football from 3rd grade to 9th grade, my football weight in 9th grade was 190. About 6 months or so after getting out of high school i started gaining weight for some reason and next thing i knew i was a lot bigger then I once was. So after breaking up with the girl i was with for the last 7months Ive decided i really want to loose weight and so im looking to try and find out how too.
