Hi, my name is Failure, I'm new to this forum and I'm here for some advice and new ideas. Here are my stats:
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 124 lbs.
BMI: 20
Bust: 37 inches
Waist: 27.5 inches
Hips: 38 inches
Left/Right Thigh: 19 inches
Left/Right Upper Arm: 9.5 inches
I guess I'm mainly here for tips on how to lose some inches off my whole body, and lose about 10-15 lbs. Here are my goals:
Weight: 110ish lbs.
Bust: 34 inches
Waist: 24 inches
Hips: 34 inches
Left/Right Thigh: 16 inches
Left/Right Upper Arm: 8 inches
I should also tell you about my lifestyle if that will help any. I'm a strict Vegetarian, turning Vegan. For the most part I eat pretty healthy. I do have the occasional junk food, which I want to change and learn to have none. I also need to learn some control, and I need a LOT of motivation. I used to be a ballerina/gymnast and working out 7 days a week. And I did that for 14 years. Being out of that scene for about 2-3 years now I've found myself extremely out of shape. I also have many health problems, which forced me out of the two things I loved(Ballet/Gymnastics) as well as school. It's gotten me depressed being home so much, and now I lack motivation to do anything. I did get into a routine for a while exercising from 3-12 hours a day. But, that didn't last as long as I would've liked it too. I'm the kind of person that likes constant change, so doing the same exercise becomes tedious. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it.
