Hi, My name is Paul and i am well fat

Hi, im new here and i have recently got into losing weight i weight roughly about 15.4 stone i was about 17 when i started but its slowly coming down. The thing is im not just fat im also 5ft which makes me look even bigger because im small even though i am very big built i have never been slim at all, i go joggin nearly evreyday! i set myself the target of 3K i can do 1.5 now but i want to know how i can lose more weight as at the moment im just hovering around the same weight. any ideas on what can help me?

If you run regularly one problem might be when and what you eat. My Mom and I were exercising regularly but she wasn't losing any weight and was getting really frustrated. Since we started our new program though we've learned a lot of important tips about eating habits! For instance, we learned that you should exercise in the morning BEFORE you've eaten anything for that day. That way you're burning off all your previous calories rather than just the ones you've eaten for that day. It also helps boost your metabolism for the rest of the day! Also, if you're looking to lose weight I'd suggest finding another workout to throw into your routine as well. If you've been running for awhile your body has probably just grown immune to the workout and it's not losing anymore. You have to keep a variety of workouts to challenge you body! I hope this helps!
