Hi, my name is maleficent, and I need to be a loser

I'm not sure how the heck i ended up at the weight that i am at now, or why i let it go on for so long... but it really doesn't matter. I'm motivated enough now to do something about it.. so Hi folks...

I love to cook, and am working at perfecting low cal but ever so tasty recipes...

Asking for help isn't something i'm good at but will give the shirt off my back to anyone in need....

Hey, I just signed up today with 250 pounds to lose myself. We'll get there. It will take time, but we will do it.
 
coming here was a really good step :) If you need anything... I would say just ask.. but since u aren't good at asking.. just hint ;)

naw -that kinda sweet is saccharin.. no calories involved... :)

my two year anniversary is gonna be marked with some positives...

without the buts...

1. I've lost 199lbs...
2. I've lost over 100 inches.
3. My time for walking a mile went from 27 minutes to 13 minutes.
4. I can walk down and up stairs without using the bannister for balance and support
5. I can walk up at least 3 flights of stairs without getting winded
6. I went from a size 32 to a loose-ish size 12
7. Blood pressure went from 140/90 to 110/70 (on stressful day :D
 
my diary has some pics... just took some recent ones that I will probably kill soon :)

there are no pics from my heaviest weight because i hated what I looked like and never expected to really lose weight... still do actually ut it's a smaller version of myself :D my diary has a pic of when I was about 313... that's the first recorded pic of me :D
