Hi, I am new here. I have started to lose weight about 3 months ago. So far i lost 41 lb ( 19kg) I have another 90 lb to go. Looks like i am quite motivated this time and i am eating healthy and exercising. I decided to come here because recently I am not able to motivate myself about exercising. I am hoping to communicate with people who are facing same problems as I and share my experiences and listen to theirs. Thank you for reading my post and happy to meet you all.:)
 
You lost 41 pounds so far, that is great!!:hurray: You came to the right place, we all need motivated. Start you a diary and keep note of what you eat and the exercises you do.

How are you? FANTASTIC news on losing 41lbs that's huge. You must be sooo proud of yourself.
I find it incredible difficult at the moment to get myself motivated. I joined here about 5wks ago and did really well for 3 of those weeks and then in the last 2 i lost my way. I now have 4wks to make a difference and need to get out there and do some exercise but am just not motivated to do this.
I don't have a gym membership and am terribly unfit so I was looking for some free exercise tips to make me look/feel as best I can with my 15st frame (holiday in 4wks) but so far I have had no response to my post so I'm no further forward and was hoping to get my ass in gear from tomorrow.
What kind of exercise are you doing? How did you lose your 41lbs that's amazing?
