I'm 20 years old.
I desperatley need to lose 10-20 pounds within a month or so and would immensly appreciate anyone who can tell me, specifically, what I would need to do to achieve this. I'm aware that there's probably not exactly too many healthy ways to lose 20 pounds in one month (even though I could manage to be cool with just 10!), however, I'm willing to temporarily take on some drastic measures if they'll garauntee success of achieving the amount of weight loss I'm aiming for within a 30to45-day time span.
So, yeah, I would be grateful BEYOND WORDS to absolutely anyone who could suggest an effective plan for me to follow for these 30-45 days, to anyone who could share some things that have worked for them in the past perhaps, or to anyone who could just simply be so kind as to provide me with a few decent tips on how I can go about reaching this goal successfully - whether what I need to do is healthy or, more likely, not. I've tried it all over the past two years, I truly have, and it's a 'drastic times call for drastic measures' type of deal now. I'm quite good at keeping weight off once it's off, so I'm not worried about gaining every last pound right back and then some after doing this, it's just the LOSING the pounds in the first place part that's proved to be near-impossible for me to do through average diet and exercise. I'm going to do whatever I have to do for this coming month / month 1/2 that I plan to do this, I just need someone to help me know what "this" is going to have to be.
