I was injured at work in 2006 and wasnt allowed to work or even work out until recently. So, im here to get advice on weight loss and fat loss. Hope I can get good advice here!

I will try to help you Singerjohn. Try to make slow changes everyday over time. This is way better than trying to quit all of your bad habits cold turkey over night. Set goals for yourself and check them frequently to make sure that you are on the right track.
