Hello All!!
My name is Rachel, Im a 22 yr old single mother, in the last few years my body has taken a beating(bedridden,stress,and also having a baby) and im hoping to lose 50+ lbs, I am 5'6 190lbs..when i was 17/18 i was 115lbs, then i had back surgery and was bedridden for almost a year , my body weight sky rocketed to over 200lbs, i was loosing weight steadily after that weighing somewhere around 150 lbs, i then had my frist andonly child...and here i am back to 190lbs...Im here looking for motovation,inspiration,and any useful tips...I recently bought a gym membership, but im not sure where or how to start my workout routine, I'm also engaged to be married and want to look fabulous for my wedding(but then again who wants to look gross on their wedding day?...unless you're having a theme wedding, theme being" look your worst", LOL sorry i tend to go off on these little tangents.)So if you have any advice for me i would love to hear it! thanks so much!! i look forward to speaking with you all.
