The title says it all:
1. I'm new and shiny... (but i think that's down to good skin)
2. I need help, anything and everything from what to eat to different exercises i can do, i'm completely lost.
3. As i said i'm lost and i'm hoping that having an outlet i.e here, to talk about my "journey" (corny but true, i know) will help with that.
Anyway some details about myself... i'm in my late teens, around 5'9" and i would guess around 300lbs (i don't currently own scales but i'm going to buy some today, i'm even going to walk to the store so it's a start). I have been overweight for a looooong time, the last time i remember being happy with my body was when i was...7 i think. It started as a little gain but then things happened and i turned to food, now i know that i need to lose some weight and start living. New me, new life, new everything really.
If i keep talking this is going to get stupidly long so i'm going to start a thread in the diary section where i can continue my rambling (yay i <3 rambling).
The point of this was to say hi so..."hi", and i would appreciate any food, exercise, general weight loss related advice or suggestions.
