Hello everyone,


My name is Serenity Hutchinson. I am 29 years old and am new to this forum. I weigh about 252 lbs and am trying to lose weight to get to 180 lbs. I try to go to gym about 2 times a week. I appreciate any help with my path to health and I look forward to making friends. Thanks!

Remember that the man on the mountain did not fall there. So you have to put all your efforts.


When someone does something that they truly want, in your case being 180lbs then you have to do what ever it takes.


Even if it's going to the gym 7 days a week and changing your eating habits.


Those that only go to the gym 2 times a week or take supplements, change few things in their diet don't want to lose weight


because they are doing whats convenient. A lot of people say that they just don't have the time


yet you see them on facebook for 20 minutes and youtube for 20 minutes and texting for only 20 minutes,


that's a whole HOUR that could have been put on cooking a days worth of a balanced diet or a complete workout.


Are you going to lose weight? or are you going to do what's convenient?
