Hi ! I'm Magalie, 18 years old, 5"3. I'm from Montreal. I'm french-canadian so sorry if my english sounds bad sometimes haha !

I always been tiny when I was younger, and after hanging with a fat friend (male 220 lbs 5"10) I put on 10 lbs (I was 110 and already unhappy with that weight). So I weighted 120 lbs and was so depressed about my weight. Where I was in school, everyone is thin (like almost everywhere in Quebec) and I when I realized that most people my age was thinner than me, I began panicking ! I realize that the skinny me was now fatter. I was unhappy.

Usually, in weight loss forums, people judge me because I'm not 350 pounds trying to lose 200 pounds like a lot of people. But I think that losing a few pounds is as difficult than losing 100 lbs, it's just faster ! I have a tiny frame and I have no muscle at all, and people are always disturbed by my low weight goal. I don't starve myself at all, and I'm happy with what I eat. I don't have any ED habits, and never had.

So this is my stats: -before/current/goal-
Everything is in inches and lbs.

Weight: 120/104/100
Bust : 32/31/31
Waist : 28/25/24
Hips : 35/34/34
Thighs : 21/19/18

Thats all !

Hi! Can I know your stats ?

Hi there! I don't know my stats because I don't have a measuring tape. I am 5'2 and 109 pounds. My heaviest was 130 and I got down to 95. I kept that for about 2 or 3 years and went up to 114 pounds about a year ago. Last month I lost and am at my current weight of 109. It is so HARD for me to even lose a pound these days. I will be 31 Years old this month and I'm female. It seems I have been 109 for a month. Nothing is working.

At least it's not like you're stuck at 200 lbs! 109 lbs is a great weight:) Keep on! Maybe you hit a plateau?

I believe so! I've tried calorie shifting and that didn't work. I tried eating more calories and that also didn't work. Starting today, I'm restricting myself to 500-600 calories per day.

Ah! I'm not judging you but you shouldnt go under 1000-1200 cals a day. If your body enter in starvation mode (it will) you'll just gain weight. The body need 1000-1200 cals to make your HEART beat and keep your brain cells alive, and I'm sure you don't want your brain cells to die or have a heart attack.

That's what i've been reading on this forum, but i was looking online about people doing a "500 calorie a day" diet and they said that it worked for them. I will do it, just until i lose 9 pounds.

What does your daily diet consist of?

If you do it, you'll lose 9 pounds, but the day you'll up your calories to a normal intake, you'll gain all the weight back. If you want to keep this weight off by doing a 500 cals diet, you'll have to eat a 500 cals diet all your life ! You can try it by yourself, but you'll see that you'll gain all your lbs, and maybe even more. Thats what happen when you enter in starvation mode.

My diet is not particular, I just eat a little less (maybe 1200-1500 cals a day), no junk food (or VERY rarely) and no sodas (I never liked them anyway). The weight come out fast, I see changes every week (in my weight and measurements)
