Welcome to the community, CJ.

What do you attribute your lack of success to? I find a lot of people simply expect something to eventually happen without ever doing any accounting of what they've tried, what has worked, what could possibly be throwing them off, their misconceptions, etc. I think it's an important step in the process, too.

Best to you.

Lack of motvitation. I can stick to everything for about a week and then I fail.

This time, I'm doing it right. No quick fixes, no feeling sorry for myself just pure healthy eating and exercise.

Well at least you've identified the problem. Many people fall into the trap of viewing this as a temporary way of living. Unfortunately, if the action is temporary, so are the results. So it really does come down to finding ways to work habits into your life permanently that manage your body fat and health.

Watch out for people and programs who preach The One True Way of going about things. Get a good handle on the fundamentals, which are discussed heavily in the stickies here (hint, hint), and apply tailor them to your own life in a best-fit sort of way.

If you have questions, feel free to ask.
