HI! Im new!

Hi all! Im new to this forum so I figured Ide introduce myself. Her we go... Im 29 years old and live in Ne Ohio with my husband and 3 children. Ive been battling my weight for my entire life it seems! In 2003 I weighed 265 pounds. I had just delivired my fourth child in as many years. Never lost weight in between. I lost 15 on my own, 50 on wieght watchers and then 30 more on my own again. It was a 4 years process. I currently weigh 165, I went up 5 when I tried to quit smoking. Ive used many forms of excercise and find I like weight training the best. Im a full-figured gal, so I find that muscle definition really helps. So here I am again, gonna get right with myself and drop 15. Im hoping to find some support here as well as tips. I would love to join a team or challenge. I work much better under pressure! LOL! congratulations on what you have done already =D
think about creating a diary, it will help you keep yourself motivated when others are keeping tabs on what you do =P
hopefully you can find a challenge good luck!
