New member
i'm a chinese girl with 166cm's high and 62kg's weight.
as a gift for coming to this forum,i'd like to introduce some chinese way to lose weight.
do you now chinese green tea powder(with no sugar and no additive) ?
we usually mix it with yogurt as breakfast to lose weight.
as a result, you'll not be favorite in fatty foods.

another popular measure is called"xuan mi cha"
it's a kind of tea with no-fat fried rice and green tea.
you have to stir-fry the rice with a pan(no oil,no batter) until the rice turns golden, and store it in a dry bottle.
you can drink it with boil water after eating so much fatty foods.

for my curiosity,i registered here.and i'm curious about foreign-style weight-loss.
if you want to know more about china and chinese habits,i'm glad to let you known.

sorry,i'm not good at english, and there must be plenty of mistakes.

Welcome Zhong.

Many of us here on the forum know of the benefits of green tea.

I have yet to try it myself but I plan to very soon along with whey protein.

Also your english is quite good.

whey protein?
i have tried,but it's too expensive,and your hair may turn few.(maybe chinese-style are different.)
and some of my friends said you can eat several pieces of coolagen protein before sleeping, because your body need to be requaired and burn the calories to decompose coolagen protein and compose it in another way.

Huh, I'd never heard of the the protein before sleeping. I try to drink at least four cups of green tea a day for its many benefits, including weight-loss. Have you personally tried the other techniques you mentioned? Did they work for you?

On most of this forum you'll find that people mainly try to exercise and make sure they eat more healthy, both of which are surprisingly difficult. Welcome to the forum. :)
