Hey Everyone Im obviously new here but I have some questions to ask that are diet/health related and this forum looked like the perfect environment to get advice from.
Backround on myself: My name is Ashley (Hi!) and I'm 16 years old. Im 5'7" and weigh about 115 lbs. Now I calculated my BMI which said I was 18.00-- underweight; and I am somewhat what concerened about this. I play volleyball a lot and execise alot; however I eat like a fruit bat. I probally eat 3times the servings of fruit and veggies recommended a day and a lot of grains. I eat very little dairy,sweets, and protein.
I was wondering if the way I eat is a bad or if it could harm me in the future. Whenever I eat Im full and everything but now Im concerened about not eating enough.
Any input on my post will be appreciated and Ill be glad to answer any questions you may have.
