Hi! I'm new here, but have been reading some amazing stories that have given me hope! I'm a mother of 3 in the Air Force and have been struggling with my weight. I saw a pic of myself and finally said I needed to do something about it. I started watching what I eat and also exercising. I absolutely love to run now!! I even bought a bikini this yr!! I haven't worn a bikini since I was 17!! I was pretty stoked about that!
I have lost 20 lbs so far. I'm on hold for the exercise right now. I just had some surgery and can't do anything for 6 wks. I want to, but I don't want to prolong my recovery.
Does anyone know what to do for the abs? My stomach has gone down, but it's not firm. Still got the jiggle stuff going on. I watch my intake and was doing all kinds of different ab exercises. Any input would be appreciated!
I haven't reached my goal weight yet. I hope to make it by Sep/Oct timeframe. We'll see......
