Hello,
I am new to this forum. I've been on a quest to lose weight for about 1.5 years off and on. I am currently 25 years old. Because of college, ive had to put my weightloss program on hold several times, but I'm finally done with school and ready to devote myself to getting fit. I started off at 290lbs at 5foot 6inches. I am now down to 230lbs with the 1.5years of start/stop dieting. My next goal is to get to 200lbs by the end of April.
I have started taking Twinlab's Ripped Fuel Extreme (Fat Burner) and Optimum Nutritions Instant Whey Protein (23g of protein per serving). I normally do about 30-45mins of walking in the mornings and 30 mins on the Gazelle (Tony Little's contraption). I also own a Total Gym and plam on making use of that again.
I have put myself back on a 1800 calorie diet like I was on before. I will try to get to the 40carb/40prot/20fat ratio that most people strive for. Because I am a vegetarian, it is hard to get alot of protein, hence the Whey Protein shakes. If anyone has advice as to increase my weightloss, Id love to hear it.
Thanks
Steve M.
