Hi everybody:newbie:, I just joined a few minutes ago! I need information on losing weight. I havent excersised in ages. I weigh 160 pounds, I a size 8 and I want to lose 30 pounds. What are some good excersises that will burn fat/calories? There is so much information about types of excersises its overwhelming!:confused: Also, how long should I excersise everyday? 30 minutes an hour or so? Sorry for all the questions and thanks in advance for any information you can give me!
