Hi, I'm Katay,

As of last year in July I started walking alot, and lost a little weight like maybe 6 pounds from July til November. But then As of December 2011, I amped up my excersise, by walking more and dancing in my house for excersise, and I stopped eating frozen foods, and I only ate whole foods like fruits vegetables, and lean meat, and oatmeal, and potatos, etc.

I also stopped drinking beer, and no more delivery pizzas or fast food.

So from December 2011 til now I've lost 18 pounds! So I'm on here to keep it off, plus maybe lose like 15 more pounds.
