Hmmmm... I really dont know where to start, but lets just say that I regret - that im not in shape anymore.
It really bothers me thinkin that I gained more than 50 pounds. I signed up in this forum to seek for help and I just wanna know that im not alone in this.. .. btw, im just 16 years old.
I keep telling myself, If you start now you'll be in shape in 5 months.... which I did... Play Basketball inside the gym, work-out for a little bit.. But I would normally play basketball then workout or vice versa (which ever I felt comfortable to do first, but sometimes I would just play basketball)..'
but then I stopped in bout 2 months -lack of motivation and it felt like, I didnt change at all, I dont know why, But I always knew it was because of the food... I would normally eat like 7-10 bacons sometimes for lunch or midnight snack,...
BTW, I have a question.. Why do we like the food that has the most calories or fat or what so ever.. I've noticed alot of people like pork's and meats and all those unhealthy foods..

But anyways, back to topic
2 years ago, I was in a different country (My hometown) where me and my friends would like play basketball everyday and stuff... I have friends here but they arent the same. Its just way too different for me.
I just need HELP in general.
But Seriously, It feels really weird opening up to you guys.
I hope I'm welcome here, this looks like the place that im looking for.
So, does anybody have tips for me before I hit the gym tommorow?
