My name is kevin, from detroit,, ive felt kinda down lately bout my weight.. ive been running and lifting weights for the past month and really no results have shown... just need some motivation and tips.. can some1 help?

Hey Kevin! You say you've been working out...how frequently and how long are your sessions? Also, have your eating habits changed since you picked up the exercise? Have you noticed having more energy or anything like that? Be patient and don't give up...you can do it! =)
