#1. Stop thinking of this as diets. It's a mindset of heavy cutting of food, misery and nothing set in stone. Instead, remember this is a lifestyle change. Everything you do for weight loss are things you should be able to do for the rest of your life. If not, it will just come back as a yo-yo effect. You aren't going to be taking that pill for the rest of your life. Let's look at what you CAN do for the rest of your life.
Learn healthier 'wiser' food choices.
Learn about portion size.
Learn about the food you eat.
Learn how much is enough.
Learn learn learn. Education is the top thing for weight loss. You don't need pills. You don't need strict food plans. You need to educate yourself and you will do just fine!
Assignment 1: keep a food diart for the week. You have to be brutally honest, record EVERYTHING. Also write how you feel when you are about to eat and when you eat. You can't break the cycle till you learn right? You can do this. We can help you as we are all making that walk.
I started at the start of January. I was just over 400, I'm down at 355 at the moment. It's a long slow road but I'm learning the small things that lead to big changes. I still eat real food, I just moderate and take each day as a new one.
