Hello,
My name is Lora. I am 18 years old and gave birth to my beautiful baby daughter, Ascari, 4 months ago.

Since then I have not been able to lose any weight and it's driving me crazy!
I even bought a treadmill but cant seem to get the motivation to use it.

Haha anyway, hopefully I can get some tips off this site.

Hey Lora, and welcome to the forum.

You'll find that there is plenty of helpful advice all over the site, and there is an extra section for new moms as well New Moms - Weight Loss Forum, I am sure you'll be able to get a lot of motivation and help from there...
