Hi there,

just wanted to say hi to everyone in the forum.
I'm a 26 yr old female, weighing 70kg at 165cm!! This is way too much, so I have to shed some weight.
Can anyone recommend something?

You have an incredible body and its only going to get more incredible when you lose the small amount of weight you have that you want to lose.

I recommend an hour a day of cardio until you acheive your weight loss goal.

When I was losing a lot of weight I personally did the hour on a stationary bike but I suppose you could jog or do brisk walking too for that hour instead.
