Hello !

My name is Junior and I was wondering if anybody here could actually help me develop a proper schedule based on my current lifestyle right now. I need to lose weight extremely fast, and am willing to push myself to extreme limits. So, here's a little about myself.

I am over 300 pounds currently. I'm an 18 year senior and will be graduating soon. Because my weight, I have a very strong smell as well as develop boils constantly. Living with this in high school is difficult, but imagine living with it on a university. Yuck !

Anyways what I want to do is lose weight fast. Currently I eat terribly, and probably eat out more than twice a week. I have all bad foods in my house, and I hate veggies(I will be making the sacrifice to eat them in order to lose weight. ) I don't eat the school lunch, and matter of fact - I rarely eat. Usually I will have only one big meal and maybe a couple of super sugary snacks. I love water, and are trying to attempt to stay on a water diet at the moment. Essentially what I am looking for is some sort of schedule to help me out. I know I can't bring a lunch to school or eat one, so maybe someone can suggest a super healthy protein bar, or something of that sort that I can eat at school. I also am looking for a super healthy breakfast that I can eat quickly or even on the ride to school. I do have a gym membership, but haven't been utilizing it. But, with this schedule, it would be great for someone to even suggest me specific work out and time stamps.

Please help!!!

Hey Junior,

Congrats on taking on this journey. Here is a simple daily eating structure you can follow

Meal 1: Super Shake or meal similar to the meals below

Meal 2: Meat+Carbohydrates+Fats+Vegetables

Meal 3: Meat+Carbohydrates+Fats+Vegetables

Meal 4: Meat+Carbohydrates+Fats+ Vegetables

Now we'll need to coordinate this into your life. Lets take one day at a time. What is a typical Monday schedule for you?

The faster it comes off, the faster it comes back on.

I can't stress this enough.

Look at the Biggest Loser study that's been making the rounds. Extreme measures almost always backfire. I don't care how committed you feel right now. Deprivation and fatigue will mount. And even if it doesn't, on a physiological level, stuff tends to go haywire when you beat your body into submission.

I understand how tempting it is to take the jackhammer approach and beat your body into submission.

But I promise you... the gradual, "coax the fat off" approach is the one that works.

You could lose a ton of weight between now and university. But if I were a betting man, I'd wager that you'd gain it (plus some) before you finished school.

Just saying.
