hi, im new and need help

Hi,
Im new here. i found this lovely place through google because im in need of some serious help.

Im 18 years old, 5'7, and 120 pounds...im a stick, i couldnt bench the bar for my life. i have "decent" calfs but thats about it, hrdly worth mentioning. what can i do to build up over all body strength at home.
 
I've found that a full body workout with dumbbells, a weight bench and a stability ball has been instrumental in helping me build strength. While I do this routine in the gym I belong to, I can easily do it at home if I have to.
 
Hindu Pushups strengthen your arms, chest, and flexibility in your spine. If you want a weight-free training routine, I recommend doing at least 25 hindu pushups a day.
