Hi, i'm new and i'm looking on some advice on getting ready for football

Hi, i'm an 18 year old high school senior and i just recently finished my final football season(Great season, terrible ending). I'm looking to play at the college level and i could use some advice. I am currently 6'3" and play around 225 lbs. I am an offensive lineman and i am looking to put on a good amount of extra weight (at least 20lbs).

My current workout schedule consists of four days a week alternating upper (bench press, incline, military, curls, dips, and pull ups) and lower (squat, clean, dead lift, calf raisers, leg curls/extentions) while doing 3 sets of 6 repitions. Does anybody have any suggestions of how i could improve my workout?

Also, i have been looking into different supplements. I am currently taking whey protein and some sports vitamin packs. Does anyone have any suggestions for other supplements which could help me out or other diet tips?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I would recomend just allowing for health; eating real protein with your meals. Things like chicken,
nuts, tofu (if you like it), steak (little), turkey; The more "real" food the better.

Also give yourself a break of sorts. Be good to this amazing body; Good luck; I am trying to lose 20
pounds; l0l;

Would recommend grass fed beef. Food is comfort...both physically and mentally so might as well eat well.

Here are some great recipes I found -
