Hi, i'm here for feedback and opinions on my current workout plan.

Hi all,

I'm looking to share my workout plan with others and receive feedback on this from more knowledgeable folks. I am a 23-year-old male in decent physical shape ( 6 ft., 175 Ibs, Average body type, no six pack yet but I barely have an inward belly button).

My current plan involves a daily run (anywhere from 2.5 to 4 miles a day) followed by 100 pushups (4 sets of 25) and 200 situps ( 2 sets 50 mid-abs, 2 sets 50 side).

This has been a pretty good workout for me so far...I have been keeping it up for about 2 months now. Results are somewhat noticable

Primary Goal(Short-term): I'm looking to have a six pack and noticably increased muscle definition by the summer 2009 (about a month and a half from now)

Primary Goal(Long-term): Larger upperbody (Fill out shirts well), Increased upperbody strength, Visible abs, Energetic, Healthy

Any tips or feedback on my workout plan or nutritional advice is MUCH appreciated.

I dont have a tip for you as I am as about as new to this as they come but I wanted to wish you luck and say hello!! I am sure someone will offer you some advice.
