HI! I'm gonna do this!!!!!

Hi everyone,

I'm so glad I have found this forum. I'm Andrea, 38, two young babies, hypothyroid, obese (according to BMI).

I started a weight loss plan one week ago tomorrow. I am extremely motivated, for the first time in my life I have really felt like losing weight. I have always been chunky, but happy,but after 2 kids and limitless eating, I am ready to get healthier and thinner!!!!!!!!!!

MY PLAN
WATER- 4 ltrs per day
FOOD- very careful high veg n protein, less carbs and fats, no extras! 1 slight cheat day) (need help with this section)
EXERCISE- 5- 6 kms on cross trainer at least 5 times per week

Does this seem reasonable??????

I am hoping to lose 1 or 2 kgs per week. My start weight is at 96.3kgs (212 lbs) and I want to lose 26 kgs (57 lbs) to get into a normal range on the BMI. Are we using pounds on this forum?

I am looking for great advice from those who have done it, I look forward to getting to know you all:)
