Here's the deal...I recently opened a small weight loss camp in Staten Island. Three week stay. Being here assures that for 21 straight days you will be eating only healthy foods and losing weight. There are no cheat days. No ....I did well today so it wouldn't be so bad if i rewarded myself with things like fast food. By doing this you make eating healthy what your body is now accustomed to. The main problem with getting started toward substantial weight loss is that when you do it on your own, you cheat. The bad food decisions undo the progress you are making.... That shows on the scale, hurting your confidence and making it more difficult to gain momentum towards your goals. This is not a difficult program, you have fun and lose weight. We do not judge anyone, we treat everyone the same. No more than 3 people at a time, everyone has their own room. The program and accommodations are very affordable, as we hope to show we are more about helping people than making a profit. We all have the same goal, to win everyday and gain control over the food that has been for too long controlling us.<edited> Thanks for taking the time to read this.
