Hi my name is Danny i am 15, 16 in February and i am worried about my weight i have started to put it on since i was 10 and it has never dropped. I currently weigh 17st and my height is 5 foot 8" I know i'm overweight and really need to loose it, i have come here looking for advice and tips.

Welcome to the forum!!

Tip #1: Read the stickied posts in the various forums. There's a lot of basic info that is VERY helpful. This will probably answer a lot of basic questions you have, and probably inspire more for you to ask.

Tip #2: Refer to tip #1. :smilielol5:

You may also want to start a journal in the diary section... that gives you accountability, and a good place to write down what you're doing, your frustrations, victories, etc. Good place for people to leave advice for you too.

Welcome! I'm new too and just wanted to say hi.

What are you looking at doing to start?

I like you are just starting off my journey but I know that drinking lots of water and not eating late at night are good ideas to start.

I'm a chronic night time eater but when I watch a good dvd series and go to bed instead of staying up and eating after dinner i find that i feel 10 times better the next day.
