Hi! I'm Annie. I need MORE energy, Less excess skin &motivation for healthy lifestyle

Helloooo!

I'm Annie. I am mom to dd(4) and ds(3... almost). I also need motivation to eat healthy and work out because I can't seem to keep up with my energizer boy.

I'm a petite asian at 110 lbs, 5'2ish, with curves in all the wrong areas.I need help with getting rid of the mummy tummy (abs would be great !!!!!) and sculpting my body to ADD curves in the right areas, like my bum.

I want to be healthy and Strong! Maybe run a marathon and do some kickboxing?

I am option to any work out routines, protein shakes?, supplements? .... what would you recommend?

I'd recommend Gold Standard Whey Protein. It's has bcaa's and glutimine in the protein. These will help with soreness and recovery. My sister is actually the one who got me taking it (she's training for a fitness competition). I strongly suggest the strawberry banana flavour too! I know i'll probably get harped for this from other guys but it taste awesome haha.

For other supplements I suggest getting multivitamins,fish oil pills, and a pre-work (if you need some extra energy for working out). My favourite Pre-workout is Muscle Pharm's Assault (Raspberry Lemonade). My sister takes C4 pre workout.

As for workouts routines. I can't help much except for saying if squat for the bum ;).
