Hi,

I have just joined and I just wanted to say HI........so HI.......:)

Hope you are all having a great day......my son is at a scout camp so hubby and I are off to the movies tonight.......yah!

I would like to maintain to my summer weight and not my winter weight (I tend to put on a winter coat! just not the wool type :) ) and help others in the same situation :) as well as get handy hints.
