Hey Guys,

I am new to this whole weight loss thing as I have put on quite a bit of weight over the last year and a half and really want to get it off. Ultimately I want to lose 2 1/2 stone and would like to lose as much of this as possible in 6weeks for my hols.

I have just signed up to Weight watchers as I need guidance and some kinda of system when it comes to eating and losing weight so I can keep track of things but I also dont want to have to cut my calories drastically. I would prefer to eat healthily and use exercise to lose the weight.

How much do you guys think is an achievable target for 6 weeks and what exercise and how much should i be doing in order to acheive this?

I would be so grateful for any input as I really have no clue?!! Thank-you x
