Hi, I'm 30 looking for weight loose advic!

Hi, I'm 30 yrs female and I am looking for lots of weight loose advice I can get. I've been loosing weight since January 2011, where I use to weight 200 lbs. I am now weight 142 but still trying to get down to a healthier weight and wanting to loose 20 more lbs. So I've joined today to see about advice or to read about experience of others. thanks
 
what have you done to lose the weight that you have already lost. That a good place to start. maybe it time for a change or things that i find that work really good is some interval training to really amp up your metabolism. Try that for a few weeks and see how that works for ya.

wow big weight loss.. I suggest trying circuit full body routines 3 times a wk. also some cardio on off days.. the only way to change your body without going into staving your self with no food . is to to weight train circuit style keeps your heart rate up and build a little muscle .. if you just do cardio u will never reach your goal . i suggest eating 5 times a day and no carbs after 3. remember some people are ment to be 120 lbs some are not a healthy weight is 125 to 135 look at some fitness models out there they look alot better the the people who are just skinny ..hope this helps
