hi everybody. I just joined and I'm hoping to make some progress with my weight. I've been on the Mediterranean Diet for about 2 weeks. So far I'm enjoying it. I've lost 5 pounds, and I'm hoping to lose more. Thanks.
 
Thanks! Well, my goal is to walk 30 mins 3 times a week... but I must admit that doesn't happen like I'd like.
Now that I've been more successful and I'm more motivated I think I'll get a little better...
