hi i had some questions

right now im 6ft weight about 58kg (im16 years old)
i wanted to know if working out very hard everyday bad for ur body
i heard someone say working out everyday actually makes u lose muscle and makes u skinny which is not what i want.

everyday i do 50 press ups
200 situps
100 times 5kg for biceps
100 times 5kg for biceps again
i have a machine called body works pro which i do by the end of 1 excercise im on the floor with my muscles aching. that machine does my biceps triceps rib muscles chest and shoulders.

i wanted advice what i should do next if i wanted to become bigger
 
You NEED to find your self a program that gives you even results.

Your only working 1/4 of the muscle in your body.

Your working your abs, chest, biceps and triceps.
go to www.exrx.net and fine exercises to work

back - lats, traps hi and traps low
shoulders - front, mid and rear deltoid
chest - major and minor pecs
core - abs, obliques, lower back
legs - calfs, tibs, hams, quads, glutes

Make sure your working each of these the same, and your not working one muscle more than another.

If you wanna get big you gotta work all the muscles.
