k...didn't mean to hijack a thread...new to forum. I run 1 mile, walk 2 miles, run 22 stadium steps 30x and 30 minutes with weights. (Have laid off the weights lately) And you're right...I'm no longer getting anywhere and that's why I thought I needed the weights. I don't want bulk, just want to lower my BF and want more definition in my arms/abs but not to the point that I look like I'm into weight lifting. I'm 5' 1", 145 lbs., shapely, and I know my BMI needs to be much lower. I think it's around 33-34% and should be around 28%. Is it possible for great abs after kids??? I'm asking cuz I had a c-section and it's never been the same since. BTW, I'm a junk food junky...I know that's bad! I like the slimfast drinks for breakfast and grilled chicken salads for lunch but will slip in a candy bar or cola. Have will power with my workouts...not when it comes to my chocolate!!!
